Finally Finished watching the Kill La Kill Blu-Ray’s 😋

* it’s great to finally own my favourite anime
* kinda bummed that “All the anime” split a 24 episode plus 1 OVA series over 3 separate boxes
* cost about £65 for the whole series
* though it’s worse for Americans I believe, 5 separate purchases all together
* the English dub was superb, really gave me a sense of genuine fun and some really touching moments
* really is amazingly animated
* story is simple but I personally think that it plays to the shows strength
* it’s great to see shows with strong females leads
* the nudity can make it a difficult sale for some but personally I was raised to never shame the naked body no matter what size, shape or colour
* phenomenal soundtrack
* genuinely made you have emotions for a sailor uniform
*Great villains ( seriously we need more sensual badass Ragyo’s)
* from the people who brought you Gurran Lagann, panty and stocking with garter belt & would go on to make little witch Academia
* has the blessing/curse of being one of the “super” popular anime of its airing season, leading to inevitable ultra hype that no show can really live up to/bashing that it’s popular trash
* it’s my personal favourite anime, because it reintroduced me to anime in general after a long break from the medium & it the first I ever watched as it was airing from beginning to end


* ANIMATION 9/10 (a beautiful mix of styles and gorgeous imagery)
* STORY 7/10 (simple but it allows a great mix of action and comedy)
* SOUNDTRACK 9/10 ( DON’T LOSE YOUR WAY)
* CHARACTERS 10/10 ( an insane mix of personalities that I will remember and love for all my days)

OVERALL 9/10 not perfect but very few shows are, definitely gets a recommendation from me as a must watch/definitely buy

  1. As much as I love Ryuko and was about to give her the win on pure emotional level for the waifu, I gotta say Satsuki’s probably even better in bed than Ryuko. Her bust, her legs, her amazing ass, and if I get short-haired post-series Satsuki, even fucking better. Ryuko might be a bit more emotional and cute, but Satsuki would definitely be going at it if she wants you.
  2. Yoko. I haven’t seen Hellsing (though I know it’s supposedly good), but I have a damn love of redheads anyway, if you haven’t noticed. Yoko’s cute when she wants to, busty as hell, and I’m willing to jump into the sack with her even if it kills me like it did Kamina and Kittan
  3. Stocking. Both are fucking great choices, but Stocking’s got the thiccness and cuteness to make up for Panty’s sluttiness, and she’s into some freaky shit too, if her bondage fetish is any indication.
  4. Saeko. Haven’t seen either of these shows, but one google search leaves no fucking contest.
  5. Aqua, Aqua, Master Aqua. I know I just said I love redheads, but since it has to be one or the other, Aqua wins in a landslide. If Kairi did more, I might pick her redheaded ass, but she doesn’t do shit in the games. Aqua can kick my ass, look hot while doing it, but won’t kick my ass because she’s such a sweet woman. She’s got a more womanly body than Kairi too, though it’s probably because she’s old enough to develop, something Nomura doesn’t like to do (let the KH girls have tits Nomura). Her outfit is nice with showing skin while leaving some to the imagination (dat sexy back, armpits, detached sleeves, spats, thigh gap), while Kairi’s outfit, while alluring, isn’t enough playing to the kinks I have. This has gone on longer than the others because really Aqua is the waifu for laifu and I’m heavily considering making a KH porn side-blog solely because she’s fucking gorgeous and I want to make a blog where she’ll be in a bigger spotlight.
  6. This is a tough fight, both are pretty hot, for what they’re worth. I love Chi Chi after reading Kamehasutra, so I guess she’s got this. Bulma is definitely pretty hot, too, especially if you love blue hair. But I think Chi Chi’s got me wanting that MILF, though.
  7. Fuck, another hard choice. Leia’s gorgeous and all, but I can’t really pass up sex with an exotic alien babe, so I gotta pick Ahsoka.

That was a lot longer than I was anticipating. But again, send in two characters and I’ll tell you which one of them I’d sleep with!

Will little witch academia ever get a western blu-Ray/DVD release ?

I know it’s super early days thinking about getting physical releases for LWA here in the west at the moment but does the fact that Netflix holds the rights to the show (tv series & the OVAs) and its dub we potentially will never be able to own it without (really expensive) importing ?
As far as I’m aware none of their other exclusive anime are slated to get any kind of home release.

ANIME OF THE DAY: Kill la Kill

After the murder of her father, Ryuko Matoi has been wandering the land in search of his killer. Following her only lead—the missing half of his invention, the Scissor Blade—she arrives at the prestigious Honnouji Academy, a high school unlike any other. The academy is ruled by the imposing and cold-hearted student council president Satsuki Kiryuin alongside her powerful underlings, the Elite Four. In the school’s brutally competitive hierarchy, Satsuki bestows upon those at the top special clothes called “Goku Uniforms,” which grant the wearer unique superhuman abilities.

Thoroughly beaten in a fight against one of the students in uniform, Ryuko retreats to her razed home where she stumbles across Senketsu, a rare and sentient “Kamui,” or God Clothes. After coming into contact with Ryuko’s blood, Senketsu awakens, latching onto her and providing her with immense power. Now, armed with Senketsu and the Scissor Blade, Ryuko makes a stand against the Elite Four, hoping to reach Satsuki and uncover the culprit behind her father’s murder once and for all.
